Antique French Glazed Kouglof Cake Mould is beautiful antiquee earthernware in its warm honey-glaze, once used to bake the traditional brioche-style cakes that have been enjoyed across the Alsace region of France for generations.

Believed to date from the early 20th century, this authentic mould has developed the rich patina, gentle glaze wear and character that only many decades of use can create. Its sculptural fluted form makes it equally beautiful displayed on open shelving, hung in a kitchen, or styled amongst vintage copper, linen and white faïence.

Carefully sourced from a Paris flea market, this is an authentic piece of French culinary history, with some wear and small glaze imperfections that speak to its long and useful life.
