Packing & Dispatching
Little French Heart is a specialty slow-living boutique. We do everything possible to ensure your orders are delivered safely and in a timely manner. At times we have high volumes and fragile orders, which take time to prepare and pack. If you require orders by a specific date please let us know in the notes section at checkout or email us [email protected]
All items are sent using Australia Post.
Signature on Delivery
We advise that you choose the option signature on delivery offered on the website. Please understand, Little French Heart is not responsible for the items once they leave our store.
Returns
We offer a no fuss return policy. Items must be returned within seven days of delivery date for your return to be accepted. Please contact us at [email protected]
An exchange of items or a credit note will be provided to you.
We do not refund on change of mind goods.
If you would like to return your item for exchange or credit note, please contact us at [email protected] to commence the return process.
All credit notes need to be fulfilled within six months of issue.
Return Tcs & Cs
Little French Heart’s return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Please understand you are responsible for risk of lost, theft or goods being damaged during transit. We suggest insurance is taken out on high valued goods.
Faulty goods
In the rare event of a faulty item, please contact us and return the item within seven days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in an unworn condition with tags attached. We will cover postage for such incidences in Australia only.
Preorders
We do not refund on preorder items.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
International Taxes & Duties
International countries may require a duty to be paid for items over a certain amount. This fluctuates. The customs office of the country will contact you directly via email. This is your responsiblity to cover these charges.
Incorrect addressing
If Australia Post or international postal office deems an address incorrect and the item is undeliverable to the address provided, the item will be sent back to Australia. This can take up to three months. Upon return, or if the item is deemed missing Little French Heart will assist you with the refund process from the shipping agent. We encourage insurance for the items valued over $100 and encourage you to also send the tracking for the items to the recipient.
Coupons
We love to offer our customers gorgeously French specials. We only accept one coupon per transaction.
BONJOUR coupon is offered as a welcome to new customers.
HEART coupon is offered to customers who purchase two or more times within 12 months with Little French Heart.
Newsletter Signup Coupon
We accept the Bonjour newsletter signup coupons on full priced items. We are unable to accept this coupon on items that have been significantly reduced in price.
Sustainability & Giftwrapping
Little French Heart recycles where possible including in packaging. Please let us know if you wish to have your order gift wrapped or a card included.

Any personal information that you provide to Little French Heart including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals.
Security
Little French Heart does not collect or record any credit card details provided when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by the payment gateway you choose.
