Flat rate on clothing & light items $10
General shipping: We greatly appreciate you applying the correct shipping to cover your order. We value the services provided by Australia Post and the convenience online shopping offers.
Over-sized items: Large and heavy items do attract an additional cost because of the charges we incur. This is added as an over-sized item in checkout and we appreciated you noting this in your order. Merci.
Clothing and linens: $15
Over-sized items: For heavy items over 5 kilos attract a $40 excess rate in line with current prices – thank you for understanding.
Many of Little French Heart’s clients live overseas and we send our gorgeous gifts internationally every day.

Delivery of your gifts
Deliveries to all destinations may be slower due to COVID. Thank you for your patience during this unusual time. Little French Heart does everything possible to ensure your deliveries are safe but we cannot be responsible for delayed shipping times..
Signature of Delivery
We advise that you choose the option signature on delivery. Please understand, Little French Heart cannot be responsible for the items once they leave our store.
Paypal Fees – cancellations
Paypal does not refund fees charges to Little French Heart if an order is cancelled. The cancellation fee of 4% will be passed to the customer if an order is cancelled.
Afterpay fees – cancellations.
Afterpay does not refund a 6% fee if you have a change of mind or order an is cancelled. We are unable to refund this portion if a cancellation is made.
General handling & care
All of our products are carefully checked and very carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in the excellent condition. If something is not right when you receive your order please:
- contact us via email immediately (within 7 days) so we can help you
- send images and any details of the issue
- please only use email for these communications.
Timing of delivery
Orders are generally shipped within two days but can take up to a week to process for larger items or during busy periods. If you have an urgent or special date to meet, please add this detail in the customer information section at checkout. We can prioritise your order and if there are any hold-ups we can contact you immediately and come to a good solution.
Items are listed for preorder when they are on their way to Little French Heart from the supplier. We do not refund on preorder items.
If there is an out of stock item that you would like to order please email us. We will keep your details on file and contact you as soon as the item has arrived from France. We do not take payments for backorders however we will prioritise your order once the stock has arrived.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within seven days and you will be offered a refund except for personalised and sale items.
All items must be returned at the customer’s expense and be received by us in the same condition as sent including packaging.
All products must be returned in their original condition and we accept returns under Australian Consumer Law. We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
Faulty items: In the rare event you receive a faulty item please email [email protected] sending images and details of the fault. This must be done within seven days of receiving your order. After this date we are unable to take any responsibility for the issue.
We will make every attempt to replace the item and cover the postage of the replacement item back to you. If you prefer not to have a replacement we can offer a 110% credit for you to use on another item.
Little French Heart’s refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Please understand you are responsible for risk of lost, theft or goods being damaged during transit. Little French Heart suggests insurance is taken out on high valued goods.
In the very rare occurrence of a delivery going missing, Little French Heart will always work with you and the courier to come to a good solution and assist you in seeking insurance on items.
Refunds on sales items: we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items.
We take payment via PayPal, Afterpay and credit card once your order is placed. We also accept direct deposit using the following account. if you prefer this payment method to order please email: [email protected]

We love to offer our customers gorgeously French specials however we can only accept one coupon per transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Newsletter Signup Coupon
We accept the Bonjour newsletter signup coupons on full priced items. We are unable to accept this coupon on items that have been significantly reduced in price.
Little French Heart recycles where possible including in packaging. Please let us know if you wish to have your order gift wrapped or a card included.
Any personal information that you provide to Little French Heart including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals.
Little French Heart does not collect or record any credit card details provided when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by PayPal.
