Returns
At Little French Heart we want your shopping experience to be simple and easy.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within seven days of receiving the item so we can guide you through the process. Approved returns may be offered as an exchange or credit note.
All returns must be completed within 14 days.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimwear, underwear/tights, baby swaddles, and soft toys (for reasons of hygiene)
- Sale items
- Cancellations or returns for items purchased during special launches where indicated during a launch
- Items sent to third-party or freight forwarding companies.

Please note: Beginning the return process within seven days helps maintain confidence for all customers that items purchased from Little French Heart are new, unworn and unused.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and in packaging suitable for transit. Returns that have no tags, or show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to cover postage for exchanges.
All international sales are final and not eligible for return due to shipping timeframes and costs.
Shipping Address Eligibility
We do not accept returns for orders shipped to:
- Freight forwarding services
- Third-party forwarding or reshipment addresses
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped directly to a personal residential address.
Orders delivered to shipping or forwarding company addresses are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Faulty Goods
We check all items before being sent to you.
In the rare event of a faulty item, please contact us within seven days of receiving the item.
We will provide a return label for Australian customers and offer a full refund or exchange once the item is received in unworn condition with tags attached. This applies to Australian goods.
We are unable to offer shipping refunds on international items, however, we will offer a refund if the goods are deemed faulty.
