Returns & Exchanges
At Little French Heart, we hope you love every piece you choose.
As a small independent boutique, we carefully curate limited collections from beautiful brands around the world. To help you choose with confidence, we're always happy to assist you personally with sizing, measurements and fit advice before you order. Simply email us at bonjour@littlefrenchheart.com and we'll gladly help.
If something isn't quite right, full-priced items may be returned for an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return has been approved, we ask that it is posted back within 10 days.
Approved returns are eligible for:
- Exchange (subject to availability), or
- Store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited:
- Sale items
- Swimwear, underwear, tights, baby swaddles and soft toys (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during special launches where this is clearly stated
- International orders
- Orders delivered to freight forwarding or third-party shipping services
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in suitable packaging to protect the item during transit
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or returned without their original tags.
Requesting your return within 7 days also helps ensure every item we offer remains beautifully presented and genuinely new for all of our customers.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return shipping costs or the cost of sending exchanged items.

Shipping Address Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped directly to a residential address.
Orders delivered to freight forwarding companies, parcel forwarding services or third-party reshipment addresses are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Faulty Items
Every order is carefully checked before it leaves Little French Heart.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For Australian customers, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the item has been assessed, we will happily provide a replacement (where available), exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This applies to both Australian and international orders.
