If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.
  3. Pricing & Payments:
    All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay where available. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    We ship worldwide from Australia, including selected destinations in Asia as advertised at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Orders delivered within Australia are covered by Australian consumer protections, and title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

If a customer arranges onward shipment or export after delivery, this is undertaken at the customer’s own risk and responsibility.

Customers exporting goods are responsible for compliance with import regulations, customs duties, and product standards in the destination jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for customs delays, import charges, or parcels lost in transit, but we will assist where possible to ensure a positive shipping experience.

  1. International Deliveries
    We offer shipping to selected destinations as advertised at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods comply with local import and regulatory requirements in the destination jurisdiction.

Any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes for international shipments may vary due to customs processes and third-party carrier schedules.

  1. Delivery Risk and Forwarding
    Title to and risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

If goods are forwarded or exported after delivery, the customer assumes all responsibility for transport, handling, and compliance in the destination jurisdiction.

We have no control over third-party forwarding arrangements or overseas regulatory compliance.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    We accept returns and exchanges with notification to us via email within seven days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Sale items, personalised items, and hygiene-sensitive products are final sale and not refundable.

    Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
