Returns

We want your experience of shopping at Little French Heart to be joyful and seamless.

If you have an item that requires return please read the following:

For returns: All items must be returned within seven days of delivery date for your return to be accepted. 

An exchange of items or a credit note will be provided to you.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear, underwear, tights or jewellery for reasons of hygiene
  • Sale items
  • Cancellations or returns for items purchased during special launches where indicated.

If you would like to return your full-priced item for exchange or credit note within seven days, please contact us at bonjour@littlefrenchheart.com to commence the return process.

By contacting us within seven days, it allows other customers to purchase the item with the confidence and knowledge that it still a new item.

All credit notes need to be fulfilled within six months of issue.

Tags must be still attached to items and items must be returned in their original condition. The item must not be worn or washed.

Return costs of items are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges on goods that have been sent via free shipping

If you wish to exchange items that have been sent via free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Little French Heart will be deducted from the credit to cover the original costs paid by us on the condition of sale over a certain value.

Return Tcs & Cs

Little French Heart’s return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. It does not apply to items that have been with a customer for more than seven days to protect future customers who may wish to purchase the item as new.

Faulty goods

In the rare event of a faulty item, please contact us and return the item within seven days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in an unworn condition with tags attached. We will send you a label to cover your postage in Australia.
