As a small business, we are able to control how goods are handled and packaged before they are shipped to you.

♥Surface areas wiped in lavender and water before being covered in fresh tissue paper.

♥Our hands are washed in good French soap or lavender sanitiser before packaging commences. (Soap is recognised as the gold standard for hand hygiene and preventing the spread of infectious diseases.)

♥Aloe Vera disposable gloves are used to handle goods

♥Only two people handle the goods, mostly myself now

♥Plastic packaging, which is generally removed to minimise any detriment to young children, will remain unless their is no safety instructions due to European language, etc.

♥Gifts are then wrapped in tissue paper before being secured in cardboard boxes or satchels.
